Terms of Service – Live Animal Conditions

By purchasing live fish from RJ Aquatics, the customer acknowledges that live animals may vary naturally in coloration, pattern, markings, body shape, and appearance.

Product photographs may be representative unless the listing specifically states that the exact fish pictured will be shipped.

Customers are responsible for confirming that ownership of the purchased species is legal in their state, county, city, or other jurisdiction.

The customer is responsible for providing an appropriate aquarium environment, including suitable water parameters, temperature, filtration, tank size, and compatible tankmates.

RJ Aquatics is not responsible for losses that occur after successful delivery due to improper acclimation, unsuitable water conditions, aggression, disease introduced by other livestock, improper care, or other conditions outside our control.

By completing an order, the customer agrees to our Shipping Policy and Live Arrival / DOA Policy.
