Shipping Policy

Live Fish Shipping

Live fish orders are shipped within the United States using approved overnight shipping services.

Our primary shipping methods are:

UPS Next Day Air
FedEx Priority Overnight

Available shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address, package size, and weight.

We may delay shipment when necessary because of extreme weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, or other conditions that may place the health of the fish at risk.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and a valid phone number.

Someone should be available to receive the shipment on the scheduled delivery day. Live fish should not remain outdoors or unattended after delivery.

Tracking information will be provided once the order has been shipped.

Local Delivery

Local delivery may be available for eligible customers in Southern California.

Local delivery fees are calculated based on distance from our fulfillment location. Delivery timing will be coordinated with the customer by phone, text, or email.

Customers must be available to receive live fish at the agreed delivery time.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping for live fish.
