The L-600 Leopard Cactus Pleco is a striking and highly sought-after L-number pleco known for its bold spotted pattern, heavily armored body, and vibrant orange-to-red coloration on the fins. As it matures, L600 develops the powerful body shape and prominent odontodes characteristic of large Cactus Plecos.

Diet:

Provide caves, rocks, driftwood, and visual barriers. Each specimen should have adequate bottom territory and secure hiding areas.

Compatibility:
Can be kept with appropriately sized midwater fish, but mature L600 may become territorial toward other large plecos. Adequate space and multiple hiding areas help reduce competition.

Care Notes:
L600 is not a typical algae-cleaning pleco. It requires a protein-rich diet, excellent water quality, strong filtration, and sufficient aquarium space as it matures.
